At Move Well Training Club we believe what you do inside the gym should support the way you live, feel, and move outside the gym. With our personalized programs and guidance, we help you achieve your movement goals, whether that’s running around with family, confidently hiking, getting stronger, or simply feeling better in your body.

personal training

Private and semi-private sessions focusing on your specific movement patterns and goals. From finding more ease walking up stairs to training for your first marathon, our trainers will customize programming to get you closer to your goals. 

Small group strength

Our classes are about community, not competition. Move Well classes range from finding more freedom in movement to building toward the strongest you’ve been. Classes are limited to 4-6 people to allow for focused feedback and a community feel.

Our asana classes focus on strength and healthy mobility, supporting you as you connect to your body, mind, and breath. Classes are limited to 4-6 people to allow for focused teaching, feedback, and optional assists.

What makes us different

What matters most to us is not the number on the scale or the before & after pics posted online. We believe that real fitness is measured by the comfort and confidence we feel while doing the things we love. 

At Move Well, we are invested in you. We do not believe in cookie-cutter workouts or one size fits all training. Each program is tailored to your needs, body, and goals. We see you holistically — focusing not just on how much you can lift, but also how well you can move. Mobility, balance, agility, and strength are incorporated into each of our workouts. With individualized attention, focus, and support, you’ll not only learn how to move, but how to move well.
